The Potch koekoek are a bigger breed and will lay 280 -300 eggs per year. Bred in South Africa its the strongest breed of poultry for the South Africa conditions. This Breed do well with other breeds and are very calm chickens.
Brahma chickens
The Brahma chickens are part of the meat chicken group.
This gentle giants are excellent free ranger chickens. They will lay 160 eggs per year. The roosters can weigh up to 5kg and the hens to 3.5kg. The brahma are also a beautiful chicks with its pea comb and feather legs.

The Australorp are a fully black chicken with black legs and red comb. This chicken breed holds the world record of 320 eggs produced in one year. We sell this chicks from day old. Orders must be placed before hand to ensure full orders.
